We are thoroughly sanitizing all stations and equipment before, during, and after each appointment.

 

All Payments will now be directly to your stylist via:

Venmo, Square, Zelle, or Apple Pay.  

This includes payments for services, products and tip.

Why? - This allows a NO CONTACT payment process

THE NEW NORMAL - BUSINESS UPDATES

 

  • We have limited hours of operation and a revised service menu—we’ll look at adding additional services in the future. Please be patient with us.

  • Upon arrival, we will be doing no contact temperature checks, and you will be required to wear a mask and wash your hands.  This is applicable to both our team members and clients.

  • Please come to your appointment alone - no children.

  • We've added clear divider shields, and our maximum capacity is 10 (including team members).

  • At this time we are not serving beverages.

  • We’ve staggered our appointments and reorganized our stations. That way, we can minimize contact between each client and allow for 6 feet of social distancing. 

  • We’ve updated our pricing to cover our additional cleaning, sanitation, and supplies to keep you and our staff safe.

  • We no longer have a waiting area to ensure everyone's safety and social distancing guidelines are followed.

  • We are no longer taking phone appointments either.  We need to ensure you are booking for yourself to capture Contact Tracing.  This is absolutely mandatory.

  • Appointments must be made 8 hours in advance so we may staff accordingly.

  • Memberships are being discontinued, as are series, until further notice.

IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL:  log into your account, click on APPOINTMENTS, and click CANCEL.

 

Sending emails or replying to appointment confirmations OR TEXTS will not be considered a cancellation and you will be subject to a charge.

 

Cancelling Within 2 Hours - of the appointment start time will be charged 50% of the service booked.

 

No-Call/No-Show Appointments - will be charged 100% of the service booked.
