More than any other moment in your life, your wedding is a celebration of your joy, passion and sharing of your friends and family. It is an occasion of meaningful commitment and a time to celebrate.

 

A wonderful wedding is all in the details. Each moment creates a memory. Mane Beauty Lounge provides relaxation and beauty for your wedding. Our Stylists are committed to providing services to help your dreams become reality.

 

Planning a wedding is a huge undertaking. Creating your ultimate bridal experience is a passion of ours. We want to help minimize your stress and maximize the enjoyment of your special day.

In this packet, you will find a list of our essential beauty services, our intake forms and bridal contract. Upon reserving your date, we will provide you with itineraries and a fee schedule.   • Refreshments - ​Mane Beauty Lounge provides the wedding party with coffee, tea, and bottled water. Catering from area restaurants is welcomed and can be delivered. We recommend: Bagels & Brew (http://www.bagelsandbrew.com) : (bagels, muffins, sandwiches, smoothies, salads and much more)

 

  • Securing Appointment Date - Your appointment date will be secured when the signed contract has been received. All bookings for weddings are made on a “first-come-first-serve” basis. No dates will be guaranteed without a signed contract, list of services (to the best of your knowledge) and $300 deposit.

 

  • Deposit - Deposits can be paid via our website under the “Events”. Click on the “Event” tab and book your date/time and secure with credit card. If your event is cancelled less than 30 days to the wedding date the deposit is nonrefundable. Deposit can be used towards total bill on wedding day services only.

 

  • Cancellation/Refunds   Clients canceling within 30 days of the scheduled event will forfeit the $300 dollar deposit.


 

  • Appointment Scheduling - In order to accommodate service requests and appointment times for your party, it is imperative that arrangements are confirmed with our coordinator at least 30 days prior to the event. We understand that unforeseen events can happen in the planning of any occasion and we will make every effort to meet your needs. However, our salon services are often booked quite far in advance and changes within 30 days may not be possible. We HIGHLY recommend scheduling your services as early as you can. We greatly appreciate your efforts to finalize all service needs early in your planning process. Please note: it is the responsibility of the contracted person to inform the bridal party of service prices. Changes can be made to the itinerary up until 2 weeks prior to the event.
